世界各地の食と文化を紹介していくシリーズ企画、「WORLD FOOD MARKET」、
’22アフリカ、’23スペイン、そして今年はインドをテーマに開催します🚩

人口世界No.1、経済発展も目覚ましいインド。カレーはもちろん、本場の料理やストリートフード、　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　スイーツ、そして日本ならではの進化を遂げたインド・スパイス料理を紹介予定です。

WORLD FOOD MARKET is a series event that introduces food and culture from around the world.

We are introducing the Indian food of great variety, and Indian cuisine interpreted and constructed by Japanese top chefs.
